What is Niagara Dermatology Associates?

We at Niagara Dermatology Associates believe in delivering the best care to every patient. In keeping with this we strive to ensure that every new patient will either be scheduled with a physician initially or will have a physician at the site to immediately review the case with the physician assistant and meet the patient if indicated. Because of demand, it may take longer to schedule with one of our physicians but rest assured that if you choose to be seen by a physician assistant, that a physician will review your case (including images) and treatment plan with the physician assistant BEFORE YOU FINISH YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist in the Western New York area. Appointments are scheduled in advance by calling our office during regular business hours. Our phone lines can be very busy; please be patient.

Canceling Appointments

If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice if you must cancel your scheduled appointment. There is a $25 fee for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
