An invitation will be sent to the email address you gave during sign up. Once you have received the email, follow the directions on the screen. The step-by-step process will allow you to verify your identity by answering a challenge question and entering your date of birth.
Your test results will be viewable in the patient portal immediate after the results are put into your health record. The following test results are currently not available to view in MyHealth Record: Tests indicating Sexually Transmitted Diseases, HIV, Hepatitis Serologies, Pregnancy Test and tumor markers.

Yes. Under Account Settings, select "change settings with Cerner Health," and select the Health Record tab to add your personal information. This information is for your own reference and will not be part of your hospital medical record.
To access a family members account, you must have your own account and have the family member grant you proxy access. To grant proxy access, the family member will need to log into their portal account and select the "Proxy Dashboard." Next, they select "Grant Proxy Access" and fill in the User ID for the person they want to grant access to.
