By adding MNG’s capabilities in neurology and neurogenetics to LabCorp’s Partners in Clinical Neuroscience program, neurologists now have a single-source laboratory solution to help guide treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Labcorp Patient™ portal allows you to view, download and print your Labcorp test results, and provides tools to pay your bill online and schedule appointments.

You can email, fax, or mail us the completed form with a copy of your driver's license or other government-issued ID card, and we'll authenticate your information off-line so you can view lab results in your Labcorp Patient account.
Labcorp's certified laboratories provide mass spectrometry confirmation for non-negative rapid test drug screens. Mass spectrometry confirmation results are typically available within 48-72 hours after the specimen is received in the laboratory.

Following a negative result: If your test results are negative for drugs, it is common for a medical review officer (MRO) to contact your employer with the results. Your employer will then typically contact you regarding next steps of the hiring process.
Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or traffic, may delay the delivery of a specimen. Likewise, a drug test that is taken just prior to a holiday may move the process more slowly.
Basic urine drug screens Urine tests have some of the fastest turnaround times. Almost all negative results will be available to you 1-2 business days after the testing lab receives the specimen. If additional testing is needed, we may need an extra day or two to confirm the results.

Complete the applicable LabCorp Corporate Solutions user registration form. Indicate on the user registration form that you are removing a user's access. Submit completed and signed user registration forms to LabCorp occupational testing services by faxing to 919-481-5444 or emailing RegisterLCS@LabCorp.com.
