We are now ready to schedule COVID vaccines for patients ages 5-11. At this time, we are requiring patients be up to date on well care before the COVID vaccine can be scheduled. Due to a limited number of vaccines, patients will receive vaccines in a clinic with our nurses.
Effective September 27, 2021 the Blacksburg location will be open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The Blacksburg location will be closed on the weekends.
