About the Medical Center

The 99th Medical Group (99 MDG) is comprised of approximately 1,600 personnel who are dedicated to providing preventive, emergency and acute care services for approximately 11,000 active-duty members and their dependents. Health care services are also provided directly or coordinated for over 49,000 retirees, their dependents or other eligible beneficiaries on a space-available basis..

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.

New Prescription Activation

If you were seen by an off-base provider or you were seen at the hospital but do not need your medications filled the same day, there are 3 ways to activate your new or renewal prescription.

Prescription Notifications

Please ask to be signed up to receive prescription notifications! We will send you a text message notification if we run into any issues while processing your prescription.

COVID-19 Testing at Nellis Air Force Base

If you were tested for COVID-19 at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center, results are available in the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

If You Receive Your Vaccine Off-Base

If you or your family are Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center beneficiaries, your records may be updated via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or at the 99 MDG Immunizations Clinic.

COVID-19 Vaccine for Children ages 5 through 17 years

The CDC recommended all children age 5 years and older receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Currently, COVID-19 vaccines are not authorized for children under 5 years of age.

Booster Dose

The CDC recommends everyone 12 years and older receive a booster dose 5 months after completing the primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine.
