Clinic Patient Portal The patient portal invitation you receive after visiting one of our facilities will never expire. Once you sign up, the portal will be available to you 24/7. You can also use another application to access your health information, if you prefer. To do so, you will need to first set up a portal account with My OneCare.
The health information network replaces paper communication with more efficient electronic means, helping reduce test duplication and potential for errors. The network, through our Clinical Portal, creates instant access to life-saving information during the most critical moments. Information that may be obtained includes, but is not limited to:
Individuals with a positive test result will be notified by e-notification or phone call within 3 days from when the lab gets the sample, but may vary depending on a variety of factors (e.g. the time required to get the sample to the lab, number of samples that need to be tested, etc). Once you receive this e-notification/call, please stay at home.
