How do I get a billing statement from NC A&T State?

Medical Records. The North Carolina A&T State University Immunizations office is located on the 1st floor of the Student Health Center, room M101. What are the exemptions for a symlink?

Exemptions include the following: 1 Students registered only for off campus courses 2 Students only attending classes scheduled at 5 p.m. or later 3 Students enrolled in weekend classes 4 Students taking a course load of Four (4) credit DAY hours or less per semester.

  2. 1 Td/Tdap (Tetanus-Diphtheria and/or Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis) dose must be within the last 10 years.
