Is cosmetic surgery covered by insurance?

For any patient receiving cosmetic treatments or treatments not covered by insurance, the estimated cost of treatments will be discussed prior to undergoing procedure. Unfortunately, no assurances or guarantees can be given regarding an individual’s response to treatment for cosmetic procedures.
