How do I set up MyUPMC?

You can create your MyUPMC account by visiting myupmc.upmc.com or downloading our free MyUPMC mobile app in your device's app store. Then, click on “Create Account” to get started. If you're having trouble creating your account, call the MyUPMC Support Line at 1-866-884-8579.

How do I access my UPMC hub?

How do I log into My HUB at work? On the homepage of UPMC Infonet (infonet2.upmc.com) click on the My HUB tab at the top left. You will be prompted to sign on to the system. Enter your User ID (E-Sign-On) and password, then click the Sign In button.

How do I find my UPMC ID number?

If you do not have your member ID number, call Member Services at 1-888-499-6885. From the homepage, click on order new ID card under Online Services.

How do I add my child to my UPMC account?

From the Patient Portal home screen, click “Settings” in the top right. Then Click “Manage Profiles” in the Account Settings section. Click “Add Profile” Enter the information that the family member sent you and then read the “Release Consent”

All my friends tell me how they hate using these “online portal accounts” because they believe that they are difficult to use. I used to feel that way too! But the UPMC portal was easy to setup and easy to use.

Still needs work

I like that I can see all of my test results in the app - that is a nice feature. The scheduling feature is ok, but about half the time I still need to call UPMC for assistance.
