How do I sign up for myuclahealth?

With one click, they can send patients an email or text message with a link to sign up for myUCLAhealth. Feel free to give them a call. If you need proxy access to your child’s/loved one’s medical record, a consent form may be required.

Can I use myuclahealth in an emergency?

myUCLAhealth is not for use in emergencies or for messages that require immediate attention. For medical or psychiatric emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital New User? Problems logging in or staying logged in?

How long does it take to get a myuclahealth account?

We need some information from you in order to grant you a myUCLAhealth account. Once submitted, it could take up a week for processing and verification. Once approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your myUCLAhealth account. If you have any questions, please contact your clinic.
