Beginning April 5, 2021, all patients with records in MySHR will be able to access notes that are entered by health care providers.

NOTE: If you are sick or injured and are unable to find a next day appointment on MySHR, please call us at 8:30 a.m. the following day for a same-day appointment.

Your portal enrollment card and medical record number are required to enroll in the Stamford Hospital Patient Portal. If you already have your medical record number (starts with the letter M), you can self-enroll. If you do not have your portal enrollment card and medical record number, contact the Medical Records Department at (203) 276-7034.
