For Mobile: The MyMountSinai® mobile app is free to download and use. Just go to the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you download the app, you can log in with your MyChart username and password, or register if you are a new patient. For Desktop: You can continue to access MyChart on your desktop at mychart.mountsinai.org.
Third Party Access - Individuals age 18 or older may request third party access to another individual's My Mount Sinai Chart account by completing the Third Party Access portion of the My Mount Sinai Chart Consent Form and submitting it to Mount Sinai.
