How to add dependent to MyMercy?

Once you have the access code, log into your own account > point to the ' Settings' option in the navigation bar. Then click ' Account Access' option in the drop-down menu followed by ' Add Dependent' option. MyMercy will walk you through the steps to gain access to set up your child's MyMercy account.

Can I cancel an appointment online?

Yes. Appointments previously made online that are scheduled to occur in more than 24 hours can be canceled online. However, appointments that will occur in less than 24 hours cannot be canceled online. Please contact your care team's office directly to cancel and/or change these appointments.

On May 8, 2019, MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center updated the security of MyMercy where you access your medical records. This update provides a better user experience and enhanced security. To access your medical records, you must create a new account here.

The NextGen Patient Portal allows you to connect with your doctor or primary care provider at a time that works best for you.
