Welcome to MyDCH, DCH Health System's patient portal. MyDCH Patient Portal is an online tool that goes a step beyond simply displaying information by helping you manage your health care easily and securely.
Please note that DCH Health System also provides an online patient portal, MyDCH. Click here if you were an inpatient or outpatient, or visited the emergency room at any of our facilities.
Through your Cancer Center Patient Portal, you can view your appointments and test results, complete health care assessments, access educational materials and view contact information for your care team from the comfort of your own home. The portal is designed for secure messages between your Provider, the Nurse and you.

The Portal messages might not be read for several days. Please click on “View My Health Info” under Health Information Summary to see your health information.

The portal is designed for secure messages between your Provider, the Nurse and you. We take great care to ensure that your health information is safe and private, and we encourage you to keep your Patient Portal username and password safe. Our Patient Portal is fully compliant with federal and state law related to the privacy of health care information.
A PIN is required to set up access. To get your PIN, tell the Registrar (at check in or check out) that you want to join the patient portal. You will need to provide an email address and your Portal Invitation with PIN number will be emailed to you.
Call the office at 205-759-7800 for all questions related to your health information. The best way to contact your physician is to call the office. Emailed questions to your physician may not be read for several days.

Once you have completed the request, your request will be forwarded to DCH staff for the remainder of your account set up.
