If your provider is out of the office or unavailable, messages sent within MyChart may be routed to other appropriate and authorized caregivers within Advocate Aurora in order to facilitate a timely response. In addition, Advocate Aurora is only able to respond to electronic messages based on the information provided by you. Therefore, if there is insufficient information provided, Advocate Aurora may be unable to provide accurate and reliable responses and/or service.
