JPS Connection is our county assistance program that helps eligible Tarrant County residents by providing quality healthcare at an affordable cost. The program does require a completed application and supporting documents to determine eligibility. Once eligible, coverage is provided and can only be used at JPS facilities.

Qualified patients can now get the CDC approved COVID 19 Booster vaccinations. Please click here for the CDC guidelines to see if you qualify to receive a Booster. JPS is offering Pfizer and Moderna Booster vaccinations for qualified patients who received Pfizer, Moderna or J&J vaccinations. Please bring your COVID 19 vaccination card to your appointment.
