What is MyChart and how do I use it?

MyChart offers Children's Colorado patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It allows you to securely manage and receive information about your child's health. We encourage parents and patients to sign up for MyChart either over the phone when scheduling an appointment or with a team member during a visit.

Why does University health care system offer MyChart?

You do not have to be a Denver Health patient to access your child’s MyChart account. Ask a staff member to create a MyChart account as a non-patient to view your child’s medical information. How to set up a MyChart account

If you do not have a MyChart account, refer to your billing statement for your personal activation code, or contact Patient Financial Services at 720-777-6422 to have a code generated for you. Sign up on MyChart and complete the information to create your account. Once logged in, look for the Billing icon at the top of the page.
