A patient's medical information available through MyChart will be accessible to staff members designated by your health care provider. The ways in which such information may be accessed, used or disclosed should be set forth in such provider's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

How do I sign up for mypatientchart?

Visit MyPatientChart.org and click Sign Up Now. Enter your information and submit the form (which uses a secure third-party identity verification system) to activate your account. Self sign-up is only available for patients age 18+.

With our easy online scheduling, you can reserve a time for your appointment that suits your schedule. If you want to use your MyChart account with BJC, log in, click on Virtual Care from the home page or Quick Links section. A MyChart account is not necessary for a Virtual Care visit.
