Emory Healthcare’s MyChart patient portal gives you online access to your medical record. You can sign up for a MyChart portal account on your own, and it's easy. But if you need help, call 404-727-8820, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, to get help signing up. Your care team can also send you a link to sign up if you ask for their help.

To create a MyARHChart account, ARH must have your email address on file. To add an email address to your patient account, please call your provider’s office.

Once you’re registered, you can sign in to MyChart from your home computer at MyChart.childrenswi.org. You also can download the MyChart app free from your phone’s app store by searching “MyChart.” Select Children’s Wisconsin from the list to sign in to your account.
