You, as the patient, can self-register for the MyCareCorner patient portal by visiting MyCareCorner.net and creating an account. Once you have an account, you will need an invitation code to access your health record and the records of your family members.
MyCareCorner - Your New Patient Portal! Curry Health Network is pleased to announce that our patients now have access to a new and much improved Patient Portal, MyCareCorner! MyCareCorner is an interactive user interface that brings your health data to life and promotes a collaborate approach to care.
After creating an account, download MyCareCorner from the App Store or Google Play Store. Coryell Health is pleased to announce our new patient portal, MyCareCorner, which was launched on June 29th. If you were registered with our previous InteliChart patient portal, you should have received an email portal invitation to create your new MyCareCorner account which can be accessed via computer or the mobile app. You still have access to the InteliChart patient portal for historical information, but you will need to switch to MyCareCorner to access current medical information and messages.
