My Care Plus allows patients to view their Personal Health Records whenever they need them. Already signed up for The CCK Patient Portal? Follow the link below to login to your account. Check laboratory results (currently for patients in Wichita, Salina and Manhattan office locations).

How do I enroll in my care plus?

By simply completing the necessary consent forms at your oncologist’s office, you will be able to enroll in My Care Plus and gain access to your personal health record (PHR) online with the ability to review, save and print your health information and share it with your family and caregivers.
