How do I register for the MyCare patient portal?

All patients 18 years and older who supply a valid email address at registration will automatically receive an electronic invitation from the hospital and link to register online for the MyCare patient portal through the website, www.windbercare.org. To get started, visit a registration clerk at CSSMCW or call 814-467-3636.

When will my records appear in the windbercare patient portal?

All records beginning August 1, 2022 will appear in our new WindberCare Patient Portal. If you aren't currently signed up for MyCare, you will need to set up your MyCare account with your information and a personal activation code that you may have already received. If you haven't been given a personalized code you can request one, and then continue with creating your account.

If you're new to MyCare and have not received an enrollment letter from us, you can request an activation code here. You will be prompted to answer a series of questions to help us verify your identity. If you are under 18 you must contact your Primary Care Physician to activate your account.
