Important update – VCU Health has a new patient portal, MyChart. Effective December 4, 2021: MyChart is the new patient portal. Starting December 4, 2021, all patients need to register for a MyChart account.
Even if you previously used the My VCU Health Patient Portal, you need to create a new MyChart account. However, My VCU Health view-only access will still be available to review previous messages, appointments, prescriptions, and other information in the My VCU Health portal. Thank you for your patience as we make this transition.
The portal contains an assortment of services or 'gadgets' that make finding online services at VCU easier and faster. In addition to seeing other websites, users can also view a snapshot of specific content within the portal itself, for example, library information and Blackboard courses. Learn more about myVCU.

Student Health shares records of student compliance with COVID vaccination requirements, including records of vaccination or of medical or religious exemptions, with university administration for the purpose of managing health and safety protocols. Any record of the provision of health services, however, remains confidential in a student's health record at Student Health, consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Student Health provider may choose to post lab results to the Web Portal. Ask your provider which labs can be viewed. To view approved lab results, sign in to the Web Portal and click on "My Profile".
During your clinic visit, your medical provider may send specific patient health brochures to you via the Portal. To access the brochures, go to your previous appointment list: 1 Click on the "Appt. Scheduling" tab, choose "View Appts.", then click on the "Previous" tab. 2 The brochures will be attached to the associated appointment under the "Documents" column on the far right.
