With UVA MyChart, you can: UVA MyChart is not your official UVa medical record, and may not contain all the information that is in that record. You can get a copy of your official medical record from Health Information Services.
This is why we use MyChart to make your personal health information available to you – when and where you need it. MyChart is safe and easy for you to use. MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects you to your personalized health record – from anywhere, at any time.
You can see, print, and share the images and results of your X-ray, MRI, mammogram, CT and other scans in MyChart. Under the Health section, go to Test Results .
To view imaging results, click on the chest X-ray icon of the scan you want to see. This will bring up the details of your scan, explaining what the scan found. At the bottom of the screen, click the link to view your scans under PACS Images . From here, you can save, print, and share both the images and the report.
You can view your child's chart, too (or the chart of any person under your care) with proxy access.

You must be 18 years of age or older to request activation of a UVa MyChart account.
In some cases, the physician or clinic staff member may not be available immediately, so you should allow at least three (3) days for a response. Emergency matters requiring immediate response cannot be submitted electronically. Also, there may be times when UVA MyChart is not available.

Access the Goals tool by logging into your MyChart account and navigating to your “Plan of Care” under the “Health” tab. If you don’t have any goals set, talk to your provider about leveraging this powerful tool for your health.
To access eCheck-in from the MyChart website, click the Visits tab and then select Appointments and Visits. Once on the Appointments and Visits page, click eCheck-in.
To review your medical history, log into your MyChart account and navigate to “Medical History” under the “Health” tab
To review or update your allergies listing, log into your MyChart account. Navigate to the “Allergies” option under the “Health” tab to access your list and make any necessary changes. Get started.

Your MyChart gives you a way to invite caregivers to see your health records. This can include upcoming medical appointments, test results or recommendations for treatment.
