MyChart Patient Portal

MyChart is a new patient portal that keeps all of your health information together in one place. Bill Pay and CareLink Re-Enrollment will continue to serve you.

Bill Pay Online

Bill Pay Online is for you to pay your statement for dates of service prior to July 11, 2020, if you have visits after July 11, 2020 please refer to MyChart. If you forgot your username or password, go to MyUofMHealth.org and click the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? links. To submit a request, you will need your medical record number (MRN), which you can get by calling the Patient Portal Help Desk at 734-615-0872 (7:30 am - 4 pm).

In your app store, select the " MyChart by Epic " app, then choose " MyUofMHealth ." Once you have the app, sign in with your patient portal log-on and password. Please note that documents such as records and letters cannot be viewed via the app.

How to make a telehealth appointment?

The Day of Your Telehealth Appointment 1 Check in online 15 minutes before your visit. 2 The QR code is NOT used for check in. 3 Locate your appointment in your MyUHS portal, then select Check In. 4 Enter your location if prompted. 5 Select Join Meeting, which will initiate your telehealth connection. 6 If you are more than ten minutes past your check-in time, you will not be able to check in and will need to reschedule your visit.

How far in advance can you cancel an appointment at the University of Texas?

Please cancel/reschedule an appointment you cannot make at least two hours in advance, so we can serve another student in your place and to avoid a $25 Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Charge.

Is there a fee to use MyUTHealth?

MyUTHealth is a free service offered to patients beginning May 8, 2021.

When can I see my test results in MyUTHealth?

Your test results will be released to your MyUTHealth account as soon as they are available.

If some of my health information on MyUTHealth is not correct, what should I do?

Your MyUTHealth information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.

If I send a message to my doctor or nurse, when can I expect a reply?

You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note MyUTHealth should not be used for urgent situations. For medical emergencies requiring immediate attention, please dial 911 or go to the nearest medical facility.

Can my spouse and I share one MyUTHealth account?

Due to the sensitive nature of medical information, each adult must establish their own MyUTHealth account. While spouses cannot share one account, they can grant proxy access.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You may email helpdesk@myuthealth.org to request a new, secure password. You may also click the “Forgot password” link on myuthealth.org to reset your password online.

Where can I update my personal information (e.g., home address, email, or change my password)?

Log into MyUTHealth and from the left menu, go to the Preferences section and select the appropriate option.
