How do I request patient access to a Southwell/Tift facility?

Provide your email address to the Patient Access representative at your next visit with a Southwell/Tift Regional provider or facility. Or, you can call our Patient Access Department at 229-391-4174 to have an email invitation sent to you.

What are the services of the Emergency Department?from mysouthwell.com

Services include acute care, laboratory services, sleep studies, medical imaging, endoscopy, an outpatient surgery center as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Announcements have been made about an upcoming Emergency Department, which will begin construction in the near future.
