Since August of 2016, office/clinic visit notes are published to MyTeamCare as an OpenNotes initiative. With this feature, patients have the ability to view or download office/clinic visit notes and write back to begin conversation with care providers.
Key metrics are specific labs and measurements, such as weight and blood pressure, that are displayed on the MyTeamCare home page.
Self-enrollment allows an existing patient to sign up for the portal without receiving an invitation to the portal by visiting mycare.iqhealth.com/self-enroll/.
This feature is similar to many popular health/fitness apps. It allows you to self-monitor your care by entering data into a tracker or by attending workshops online to improve your health.
Standard portal content is translated into Spanish by selecting Espanol (Estados Unidos). You can switch back to English at any time.
