Sign In. Attention Providers: Use your myPRES Provider User ID and password to access provider services; for example, claims, eligibility, and prior authorization. Do not use a myPRES Member login. Introducing Connect

We are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. To this end, we are implementing Epic, a single health record system. Along with Epic, we are introducing our new patient portal — Connect — which will give you detailed, trustworthy information about your health.

Language and accessibility

During enrollment, alternate links are provided which connect you to our Accessibility Patient Portal without graphical images, colors, and other design elements. This "plain" portal can be utilized via common software plug-ins such as screen readers for the visually impaired or translators into other languages.

The Valley Presbyterian Hospital (VPH) Patient Portal is an online tool that gives patients 24/7 access to parts of their medical records over a secure internet connection.

Pay doctors or hospital services

Login to MyChart using myPRES to pay your doctor or hospital bill. When you log in you can also sign up for paperless billing, view statements, and access payment history.

Pay health plan premium

Pay Medicare Advantage plan or Individual and Family plan monthly premium, without logging in or registering for myPRES.
