Rush offers multiple ways to access your health record, connect with providers and learn more about your care. When you create a health record account you can do the following:

MyChart

If you're accessing your health record on your computer, use MyChart. To create an account on MyChart, visit the MyChart registration page. Use the access code provided at the time of your appointment or enter your information to create an account.

My Rush App

The My Rush app provides mobile, on-the-go access to your health record so you can manage your care on a single, secure platform. Anyone with a MyChart account can download and use the app for free. If you don't have a MyChart account, you can create one on your computer or on the app.

How to view lab results?

To view these results, click on the Test Results link and toward the bottom of the Test Results page, click on the that says: Click to include labs taken during hospital stays. A list of your test results will display and you can click on each test to view results for that test.
