My Patient Portal allows LMH Health patients to securely manage their health information and contact their providers with the click of a button. With our secure online login or LMH Health My Patient Portal app, you can:
Ask a member of our care team to register you up for My Patient Portal when you schedule testing, surgery or any other procedure at our hospital or doctor's offices. Download the LMH Health My Patient Portal app for your Apple or Android device.
With our secure online login or LMH Health My Patient Portal app, you can: View your lab results and imaging results. View your visit notes, summaries and vaccination records. Request and manage your appointments.
If you’re a patient at LMH Health or one of our affiliated clinics and are 18 or older, you can register online for My Patient Portal. Parents also can also register their children who are younger than 13. Learn more about how to register. Apple Health connects with My Patient Portal so you can easily access your electronic medical record (EMR).

Patients arriving five minutes past their appointment time may be rescheduled to another time/day or considered to be a walk-in. When checking in, you will be asked for your KU Identification Card and current insurance card. Health insurance is not required, but a KU ID is.
You will be seen as soon as possible, but wait time can vary. Patients with scheduled appointments may be seen before you, even if you have been waiting longer. (Remember, when you make an appointment in advance, your wait time at WHS will be reduced.)
