In order to protect your privacy and promote health system security, portal access cannot be granted over the phone if you have not recently visited one of our facilities. However, we would be happy to assist you in setting up your access on your next visit if you do not wish to make a special trip to one of our facilities. Please note that if you have not had a visit to a BVHS facility/service on or after October 30, 2016, you will not have any health reports in the MyHealth portal.
