What is mymana portal?

The new myMANA Health Portal has more features in one place. You will be able to manage multiple accounts, stay connected with your physician office, view records, and pay your bill in the same, secure health portal. The new health portal is easier to use and offers additional features.

What is the name of the EHR system in Mana?

In November 2018, MANA physicians and clinics are moving to a unified Electronic Health Record (EHR) system called eClinicalWorks, which includes billing and registration. MANA patients and family members will notice this improvement with a new health portal with expanded features, including a mobile app.

What is the Healow app?

One of the features of the portal we are most excited about is the mobile app! The mobile app is called “healow,” and it is available in the Apple store and Google Play.

Request Appointments on myMANA

You can request an appointment on the myMANA Health Portal 24-hours a day. Appointment requests are fulfilled between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. within one business day.

New! Book an Appointment

The new, “Book an appointment” feature is currently available for our Internal Medicine physicians and providers at Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic. A portal login is not required. More physicians and providers will be added soon.

After Hours

Clinic telephones are answered by our staff during clinic hours. For urgent medical questions after office hours, our established patients may page a provider by calling (479) 463-1000.

How to access MANA on the healow App

Step 1: Download the healow app from the Apple Store or Google Play . Open it and press “Get Started.”

Add family member accounts to your account on the healow app!

Step 1: Open the healow app and tap the person icon in the top left. Step 2: The accounts currently linked will be listed. Tap “Link New Account” at the bottom of the screen.

You can also view your statement and pay bills in the myMANA portal. Your medical record and statements are accessible in the same health portal.

Our patient billing advocates are helpful, knowledgeable billing representatives who are here to help you. Patient Billing Services office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. excluding major holidays.
