What is myjeffersonhealth and how does it work?

Effective March 15, 2022, all Jefferson Health patients with MyJeffersonHealth accounts will be automatically enrolled in paperless patient billing. This is an important change for our patients, community and organization.

What is myjeffersonhealth (MyChart)?

Does Jefferson Health have access to medical records?

Jefferson Health – Abington has switched to a new electronic health record, which includes an improved patient portal called MyJeffersonHealth. MyJeffersonHealth has replaced our previous patient portals, MyLink/MyDoctor and MyLink/MyHospital. For a period of time, you may still access your MyHealth records below. Become a Proxy

Many times patients require assistance to manage care and navigate the healthcare system. In these cases, it is necessary to retain a proxy who will access their information and securely communicate with their physician’s office. This communication is handled through a MyJeffersonHealth account.
