How do I enroll in the Iredell physician network?

You can enroll if you are a patient of a provider within Iredell Physician Network (IPN) or have been a patient at Iredell Memorial Hospital. During a visit at your IPN provider's office, you will be assisted with your portal setup. You will be asked to provide your email address.

How do I connect to Iredell Memorial Hospital’s health record?

The Apple Health app is already connected to Iredell Memorial Hospital’s health record. You must have a HealtheLife account to view your information in Apple Health. Once enrolled in HealtheLife, you may connect to your health records via Apple Health App.

What's new at Iredell Memorial Hospital?

Patient information recorded since then will be uploaded to a Cerner portal if one has been created. Iredell is excited to announce that you can now access your health information from your mobile device by downloading and using an approved application. The Apple Health app is already connected to Iredell Memorial Hospital’s health record.
