When did Kohala Hospital go live?

On February 1, 2013, the West Hawaii Region, including Kohala Hospital went “live” with Electronic Medical Records and began a new era in quality healthcare.

When did the HHSC switch to EMR?

In May 2010, the HHSC East Hawaii region started its switch to EMR, which will replace paper patient charts. In September 2011, the West Hawaii region and all other HHSC regions collectively began to plan this exciting, once-in-a-lifetime project to transform how care is managed within the family of their facilities.

To change your password, click the “Change Password” link on the myHealth Home page. This link is located on the navigation bar at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your old password, and to confirm your new password by typing it twice. Your new password will be set when you click OK.

When can I access my medical records in Kauai?

You can access your medical records for any visit you had with HHSC Kauai Region Health Care Facilities (KVMH, SMMH, and The Clinics) since February 1, 2019 (clinic) and July 1, 2019 (hospital).
