Do I have to be a Denver Health patient to access MyChart?

You do not have to be a Denver Health patient to access your child’s MyChart account. Ask a staff member to create a MyChart account as a non-patient to view your child’s medical information. Learn more about your options for you child's MyChart access on our frequently asked questions page .

How do I sign up for a Denver Health account?

(If you do not have an activation code OR your code no longer works, click on “ Request Online .”) Follow the instructions to create an account. Staff can help you sign up for an account during your visit to Denver Health or a Denver Health clinic.

What can I do with my free online health account?

Your free and secure online health account will allow you to communicate with your care team, access electronic test results, manage your appointments and more. Billing Information is not available on the patient portal at this time.

Does Denver Health have a contracted rate?

Denver Health has contracted rates with six local hotels; these discounted rates are offered to our patients, patients’ families, contractors, guests of Denver Health, employees and the families of our employees. In addition to the contracted hotels, Denver Health has eight hotels that offer courtesy discounts for Denver Health. While we do not have a contract in place with them, a Denver Health discounted rate may be available. Provider Portal

Introducing your new Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP) provider portal, your go-to resource for managing patient care anytime, anywhere. With it, you can access important information, send secure messages, check claims status, view authorizations and more — all right from your desktop or tablet.

Local Administrators

The local administrator role has the highest level of access within the portal. A local administrator is the primary point of contact for the provider office and is responsible for maintaining provider accounts for office staff and conducting an annual review of staff access within the portal.
