If you received care at Southern New Hampshire Health, those appointments, notes, and lab results were seamlessly and securely transferred and will now appear in your SolutionHealth MyChart portal.

MyEClinic visits typically last about 20 minutes and cost a flat rate of $40. We will provide a summary of your visit that is accessible via your online account. We can even help you find a new doctor. Any prescriptions deemed clinically appropriate will be called in to your local pharmacy.
