Click “Sign Up Now.” Enter your activation code and complete the rest of the form. Create a username and password.

Recognized as one of the nation's largest and most successful health information networks, OCHIN specializes in providing services to community health centers across the nation.
When an over payment is made to the organization a refund will be processed within 15 days of the date NFP becomes aware of the over payment or within 15 days of the customer requesting the refund, whichever is sooner. Refunded amounts will only be made on over payments greater than $5.00 and will be made via check.
