Can myatriumhealth see my answers to the Experian questions?

Atrium Health will not be able to see your answers to the Experian questions. To verify your identity, Experian will perform a soft credit inquiry. The inquiry does not affect your credit score. If you have a credit freeze, please contact the MyAtriumHealth Support team at 855-799-0044, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.

You can fill out an online form to request an activation code in the mail. This can take 5-7 business days.

With Activation Code

You can use the activation code provided on your After Visit Summary (AVS) or billing statement.
