Affinity Walk-In Clinic

The Affinity Walk-In Clinic opened in January of 2012 with the goal of providing effective, round-the-clock service for patients with urgent care needs. In April of 2017, Affinity Walk-In Clinic achieved accreditation as a Patient Centered Connected Care™, recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

At our Walk-In Clinics, we offer services for minor emergencies, checkups, and shots. We provide treatment and services for the following:

Call-Ahead Service

For your comfort and convenience, Affinity offers the option to call ahead to the Walk-In Clinic before you go. With our call-ahead service, you simply make one call, and our staff will direct you to the clinic with the shortest wait time and inform you when you should arrive at the clinic to be seen quickly.
