Upon one week of discharge, inpatients of MVHS will be given access their medical records via MyChart. Signing Up Step One In your internet browser, go to https://mychart.mvhealthsystem.org/MyChart/. Step Two Click on the Sign Up Now link under where it says, βNew User?β Step Three
Once approved, you must choose your Username and Password, and complete a Security Question. You must have some association with Mohawk Valley Health System to create a MVHS MyChart Account without an Activation Code. Enrollment Invitation β MountainView Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
