What is the myhealthhome patient portal?

For medical emergencies, please call 911 immediately. Otherwise, follow up with any questions regarding your health with your primary care provider.

How do I access my MVHS bill online?

Can I use the patient portal for medical emergencies?

Upon one week of discharge, inpatients of MVHS will be given access their medical records via MyChart. Signing Up Step One In your internet browser, go to https://mychart.mvhealthsystem.org/MyChart/. Step Two Click on the Sign Up Now link under where it says, “New User?” Step Three

What information will be available in MVHS MyChart?

Once approved, you must choose your Username and Password, and complete a Security Question. You must have some association with Mohawk Valley Health System to create a MVHS MyChart Account without an Activation Code. If you have any questions, please contact the MVHS IT Help Desk at (315) 624-6990. Indicates a required field.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – MountainView Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.
