ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

The Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit is a 12-bed inpatient program located on the 4th floor within Murray-Calloway County Hospital. The unit will provide a full range of rehabilitation therapies on site.

REHABILITATION TEAM

Dr. Rommelman is the Medical Director of the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Murray-Calloway County Hospital. He is from Paducah, KY, and completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and finished his residency at the University of Kentucky in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Patient requires at least two therapies and has the potential to participate in a minimum of three hours of therapy per day

If you believe a person may benefit from our services, please give us a call at 270.762.1429. A member of our staff will perform an assessment at no charge. Patients and their families may also ask their physician or hospital social worker to initiate a referral.
