How do I make an appointment with an MUHC specialist?

If you do not have a referral, please ask your doctor for one or visit the Santé Montréal website to make an appointment with a physician who can give you a referral for an MUHC specialist. If you are scheduled to come to the hospital for an appointment, a test or a treatment, you will receive a call 1 to 14 days before your appointment.

Can I use the patient portal for emergency-related questions?

In order to become a patient at the MUHC, you must first register with RAMQ then be referred to the MUHC by another physician. How do I get a RAMQ card? Visit the RAMQ website or call 514-864-3411 to learn more about eligibility criteria and the registration process. Can I still visit the hospital if my RAMQ card is expired?

MyHealth, provided by Magnolia Regional Health Center, is a secure private web portal that allows you to access your health records online. Updating your personal information, checking your visit history, and viewing your scheduled appointments is all available in one place any time of the day and night.

How to access my health information at Magnolia Regional Health Center?

For Magnolia Regional Health Center’s MyHealth Patient Portal users, your health information may also be accessed through an application such as those used on a smartphone. Depending on the chosen application, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies, or lab results. If you are interested in using an application, please contact our helpline at 662-293-1007. Our staff is available to help between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
