Physician Referral

If you're new to the area, need a second opinion or are looking for a new family physician or specialist, Mount Carmel can help. Referral specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. by calling 614-234-LIFE (5433). They'll help connect you with the Mount Carmel physician who's just the right fit for you.
