Mount Auburn Hospital does not maintain copies of birth certificates or death certificates. To obtain these, please contact Cambridge City Hall or the Massachusetts Department of Vital Statistics.
Should you receive a bill for your hospital stay, Mount Auburn Hospital offers a secure way to pay your bill online through your MyChart account. If you have a question regarding what types of insurances are accepted, please contact the billing office at 617-655-6849.
You may also pay your hospital bill by mail, over the phone, or in person at the Cashier’s Office located in the Needham Lobby of our main campus. All major credit cards are accepted.
