For patients who are minors, a parent/legal guardian may register for a Proxy account. Patients who are minors over the age of 10 will be asked to provide consent allowing their parents/guardians access to medical information which is protected under NY law as "minor consented services." Once the minor consents to provide their parents/guardians access to the Portal, the Parents/guardians will have access to all information that is available on the Portal, including minor consented services.
