Mount Sinai Hospital patients can register for MyChart in a few different areas in the hospital. You’ll need to provide your email address to get a PIN for self-registration. You will also need to have your OHIP card with you. Over the phone (416-586-4800 ext. 2649) - We will ask you a series of questions to validate your identity.
