MyChart may not have all historical visit information and test results available for visits that occurred before this date.

Our new electronic health record, Epic, allows you to access information about the care you receive at any Mount Carmel facility or Mount Carmel Medical Group office in one patient portal called MyChart.

Mount Carmel Medial Group has transitioned to a new patient portal, called MyChart, to better meet your needs. Any new visit information from October 9, 2021 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.
