Effective June 3, 2021, Morrow County Hospital will allow two designated visitors each day per length of stay for each inpatient. Designated visitors may leave the patient room or hospital and come back into the building.
The cafeteria is located on the hospital’s ground floor, with food services available: 1 Breakfast: 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. 2 Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 3 Dinner: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. 4 Customers can grab quick-serve options between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The hospital opened in 1950 and has undergone various renovations over the years. Pioneer Memorial Hospital has an active medical staff of four physicians, and one physician’s assistant. Ancillary services include home health, hospice, physical therapy, radiology, and laboratory.
All registered nurses working in the emergency department are certified in trauma care, advanced cardiac life support, and pediatric life support. In addition to acute and emergency care services, the hospital provides skilled and non-skilled nursing care.
General Medicine focuses on the comprehensive primary health care of a family on a continuing basis. It also focuses on medical treatment and diagnosis of diseases and disorders of internal structures of the body.
