Insurance and Flex Spending

Our team will do a complimentary benefit check and will review your plan at your initial new patient appointment. Once treatment has begun, we will file your insurance claims as a courtesy to your family.

New patient forms

We recommend that you complete these forms and bring them with you on your first visit. Otherwise, you may fill them in at our office.

Easy payment options

It’s not just for looks. Orthodontic treatment is important for a lifetime of good health. That’s why we go out of our way to make our treatment as affordable as possible with a variety of payment options to fit your budget.

Dr. Jacqueline Moroco Maloney

Dr. Jacqueline Moroco Maloney’s passion for Orthodontics began at a young age. She knew when she was just a teen in braces herself, that this was her career of choice. As soon as you meet Dr. Moroco Maloney, you’ll see that she not only loves being an Orthodontist, but she wants to be the absolute best – settling for nothing less than excellence.

Dr. David G. Simon

Dr. Simon is a native of Palm Beach County who attended Forest Hill High School. He decided to be an orthodontist at the age of 6, after seeing tennis legend Ivan Lendl confess that he avoided smiling because of his teeth. “Everyone deserves to smile,” he thought. Dr. Simon received his B.A.
